Below are each division’s quality certifications and strict compliance standards:
Welding
Our welding procedures are certified to ASME Section VIII (U-Stamp) Guidelines & Standards and we have qualified weld procedures that meet the requirements of PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), and DNV (Det Norske Veritas) certifications.
Acculloy welds projects under other standards such as API and NACE, and operates with a quality assurance system that is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Machining
Each project that passes through our machining processes is done in strict compliance to the standards approved by ISO 9001.
Inspection Services
All Acculloy inspection services are certified in accordance with ASNT’s (American Society for Nondestructive Testing’s), SNT-TC-1A. Acculloy also has the ability to perform inspections that require PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) Certification.
In addition, our CWIs (Certified Welding Inspectors) are certified in accordance with AWS’s (American Welding Society’s) QC-1. Our inspection department also employs an ACCP (American Central Certification Program) Professional NDE Level III.
Coating
We continually strive to meet and/or exceed our customers’ quality expectations.
